I have loved creating original characters. In fact, when I became a professional actor and discovered it was mostly auditioning for commercials, I started making my own character videos weekly. Discovering then that I sucked at it, I threw myself in classes, troupes and ever more public failing. It took an embarrassingly long time to get to 1M social views, and I partly blame my quirky instincts to play submarine cadets and long-dead historic figures. Now I get to be characters and a silly host for brands, coming full circle to that whole commercial thing.
